I understand that as a non-profit company, Debt Counseling Corporation also offers free credit counseling resulting in an individualized Action Plan that may or may not suggest enrollment in a Debt Management Program. Additionally, Debt Counseling Corporation also offers bankruptcy counseling services, specifically pre-petition credit counseling and pre-discharge debtor education. I understand that I am not obligated to enroll in Debt Counseling Corporation's Debt Management Program or utilize their bankruptcy counseling services in order to receive housing counseling.
